SRWRA may, from time to time and at its complete discretion, elect to receive bulk soil.  At these times, it’s important to note, SRWRA will only consider the receival of bulk soil that conforms to the following requirements:

  • Has a soil classification report completed by an environmental consultant. As a guide, and noting SRWRA does not specifically endorse any particular entity, suitably qualified contaminated land environmental consultants can be found via the ACLCA website. CLICK HERE
  • The soil classification report classifies the soil as Waste Fill or Intermediate Waste
  • The soils come from a non Potentially Contaminating Activity (PCA) site
  • No Bitumen nor Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) present in soils
  • Soils must be natural. Topsoil and green waste must be stripped off
